Yes! CrowdChange makes it simple to log your distance via the activity tracker on your personal page. Update it daily as often as you like. 

No problem! Manually enter via the activity tracker on your CrowdChange page any time before May 15.

If you prefer to cycle, swim, dance, or play soccer—just an idea!—you can still convert your activity to steps to move us all towards our goal.  

  • If you have an app on your device that tracks your health, you can use this step converter to get a distance total.

During CrowdChange signup you will be asked to create or join a team. Simply follow the on-screen prompts while registering! You can also search through all available teams.

Yes! Youth of all ages welcome with parental consent for accounts. Families and schools encouraged to form teams.

From homework clubs to mental health services, you help local kids succeed in school and life. United Way East Ontario serves Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, Lanark, and Renfrew Counties. Centraide Outaouais supports the Outaouais region.

Yes! Select United Way East Ontario or Centraide Outaouais during CrowdChange registration.

No. Fundraising is not mandatory to participate. Sign up for free and start tracking your steps, but you will need to have a CrowdChange account for your steps to count!

Everyone who donates $10 or more will receive a tax receipt.

Step 1: Snap the QR code with your mobile device and download the MoveSpring app from the App Store or Google Play 

Step 2: Select “Sign up” and enter the code uw-centraide to create your account.  

Step 3: If you have an Apple Watch or other fitness tracker, connect it to the MoveSpring app, so it can track your steps. You can also choose to enter your steps manually.  

Step 4: Turn notifications on, so you will receive updates.  

Step 5: Join the Move / On bouge 2025 challenge within MoveSpring.
