In just two weeks, you helped us smash our goals! Together, with 1,000 participants, we moved more than 100 million steps and raised over $100,000 to support local youth.

Every step raised awareness and support for vulnerable kids

From homework clubs to mental health service, your support for Move for Youth helps children in our communities get what they need to succeed.  

Originally created as a response to the challenges faced by vulnerable youth during the pandemic, Move for Youth has now become a symbol of community support and resilience.   Since 2020, National Bank, United Way East Ontario, and Centraide Outaouais have partnered to make a difference for local kids with this free activity challenge. In its fourth year, Move for Youth had the same mission to help every kid reach their full potential.

This year, we kicked off Move for Youth in person!

This year, we launched Move for Youth by gathering sponsors, partners, and supporters at Laroche Park. We came together to talk about the challenges facing youth and the solutions you make possible by supporting this activity challenge, then we started to get our steps in with a warm-up challenge and walk across the Chief William Commanda Bridge.
